Return Process

Our technical experts will inspect the device to verify the reported fault and ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria, including the presence of original seals.
- 3.Approval Notification
Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an official notification via email or SMS regarding the status of your exchange or refund approval.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, resulting in a brand new replacement device or a full refund to your original payment method.
